Business Development Manager / Sales Specialist | Netherlands
Are you passionate about winning new clients and building long-term partnerships?
We're expanding our presence in the Netherlands and are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth for our recruitment business.
Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients across the Dutch market.
Develop and execute business development strategies.
Build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business.
Collaborate with recruiters to deliver high-quality talent solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of B2B sales or recruitment business development experience.
Proven success in generating new business.
Existing network within the Netherlands is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
