Job Title
Business Development Manager / Executive

Responsibilities
Develop new business with clients across Energy, Utilities, Infrastructures & Services, Technology companies, telecommunications, media, entertainment, digital platforms and connectivity‑led organizations.
Identify transformation opportunities in areas such as network modernization, customer experience, digital channels, content platforms, data monetization, cloud, AI and intelligent operations.
Create and grow a strong pipeline by prospecting, qualifying opportunities and building long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders.
Partner with Microsoft and other strategic alliances to bring industry‑focused solutions to market.
Build, qualify and manage a strong pipeline for growth, including proposals, statements of work, commercial negotiations and contracts.
Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level and senior client stakeholders, creating referrals and opening new opportunities for growth.
Stay close to market trends, customer expectations, regulatory pressures and technology priorities shaping the sector.
Engage enterprise clients across Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods and Professional Services, driving industry‑specific discussions with the C‑suite.
Identify high‑potential transformation deals and lead entire sales cycles.
Drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new fast‑growing business.
Work closely with partners to drive new business and build a pipeline for growth, including statements of work and contracts.
Interact with existing and new clients, gain referrals and form strong trust relationships that open doors and close deals.
Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, competing offerings, and penetration of services and solutions.
Qualifications
Strong experience in telecommunications, media, and entertainment sectors.
Deal hunter, deal maker, originator, and self‑starter capable of winning new business in a complex consulting environment with sophisticated technology solutions.
Experience in net new sales selling digital transformation and consulting services (e.g., cloud implementation, business applications integration) to enterprise clients across the Products sector (Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Professional Services).
Proven record of building and closing pipeline opportunities, including proposals, statements of work, commercial negotiations and contracts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish strong relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
