We are currently recruiting on behalf of Frits Jurgens , a leading Dutch premium brand renowned worldwide for its innovative pivot door systems. Frits Jurgens designs and manufactures high-end pivot door systems that are specified for luxury residential projects, premium hospitality, and prestigious architectural developments across the globe. The company's reputation is built on exceptional quality, thoughtful engineering, and traditional craftsmanship.
Based in Kolham, the Netherlands, Frits Jurgens continues to invest in international growth, product innovation, and expanding its global market presence. To support these ambitions, the company is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager Northern Europe to lead the commercial expansion across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). This is a strategic business development role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to build and expand a scalable distribution network across one of Europe's most important markets.
Key Responsibilities Develop and strengthen the distribution network throughout the DACH region.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners.
Expand and optimize an existing, future-proof distribution model.
Build long-term relationships with distributors, OEMs, architects, and specification partners.
Negotiate with senior decision-makers, including executive management, procurement teams, and project leaders.
Conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
Generate new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
Visit customers, partners, and international trade fairs throughout your region.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and senior management to achieve international growth objectives.
Profile Minimum of five years' experience in international B2B sales or business development.
Proven success in developing distributor and partner networks, preferably within the design, architecture, building materials, or premium products sector.
Fluent in both English and German.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, analytical, and relationship-focused.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the DACH region.
The company offers Monthly salary of €8,000 - €9,000 gross per month.
