THE MISSION
As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing department on the development and promotion of our Neuro‑Radiology and Interventional Radiology medical device range. You will be involved in every stage of product management, from market research to post‑market evaluation. You will assist European sales teams with technical product support and provide customer training as required. Alongside the marketing team, you will develop essential collateral such as manuals, videos, and brochures, to support optimal product utilization.
You will also support the organization of events and educational initiatives to achieve Asahi Intecc's business objectives in Europe.
i. Product Marketing
Develop and execute product marketing plans. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the development of launch strategies, product placement, clinical evaluations and post‑market follow‑up activities, brand strategy, marketing materials for all key stakeholders, promotional plans, product forecasting, product portfolio management, etc. together with the Head of European Marketing
Conduct market survey and competitive analysis through our sales channels and customer feedback to better understand market trends and adjust the promotion plan accordingly. Analyse market data and provide insights to the Sales Team and Management for a successful product promotion
ii. Clinical Development and Education
Support the European Sales team in training sales partners and healthcare professionals in various regions
Educate on the current clinical data and new developments regarding company products, including how these developments can provide clinical benefits and patient safety
Educate on the proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and hands‑on tools
Occasionally attend clinical procedures in the cath labs and operating rooms at hospital accounts to assure customer and patient success with Asahi Intecc products
iii. Customer Relationship
Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how Asahi Intecc products can help them achieve their goals
Educate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on the technique behind the products in order to create greater customer loyalty
Manage KOL relationships by maintaining close collaboration with the top customers and increasing customer engagement
iv. Congresses and Events
Attend congresses/workshops and support Asahi Intecc's promotional and educational activities including hands‑on training sessions, product demonstrations and presentations
v. Self‑Education
Maintain a comprehensive product and technical knowledge of all Asahi Intecc products as well as competitive products including features, functions and compatibility
Develop and maintain a competent level of knowledge in Neuro‑Radiology/Intervention Radiology, as well as gaining knowledge of competitor products, technologies and clinical techniques
Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of working experience.
Previous experience in clinical and/or marketing positions within the medical device industry in the Neuro‑Radiology and/or Interventional Radiology field.
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Willing and able to travel approx. 20-50% of the time.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software and data management tools.
Good presentation skills and the ability to conduct training sessions independently.
