We are representing an established international logistics organisation that is expanding its  Air & Sea Freight  capabilities and is looking to appoint a  Sales Manager – Air & Sea Freight Development  in the Netherlands.

Their Air & Sea division continues to grow, creating an opportunity for a commercially ambitious sales professional to play a key role in expanding customer relationships and driving new revenue.

Key Responsibilities   Generate new business within Air Freight and Sea Freight.
Develop and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
Identify opportunities across multiple industries.
Manage negotiations, proposals and commercial agreements.
Work collaboratively with operational teams to create customer solutions.
Achieve revenue and growth targets.
What We’re Looking For   Proven experience in Air & Sea Freight sales.
Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition.
Ability to manage complex international logistics conversations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
A self-motivated individual who thrives with autonomy.
