Role Description
This full-time Head of Ecommerce role is based on-site at our Amsterdam headquarters. The Head of Ecommerce will oversee the development and execution of ecommerce strategies, manage online sales platforms, ensure seamless customer experiences, and manage our Meta and Google accounts. Key responsibilities include analyzing trends and data to optimize online sales, collaborating with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversions, and building strong communication channels to meet business objectives.

This role requires creative and analytical skills to enhance NORTVI s digital presence and profitability.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in E-Commerce operations and a solid understanding of online platforms and tools.

Proven Sales and Marketing abilities to drive traffic and optimize conversions effectively, experience with running Google and Meta campaigns is required.

Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Prior experience in the ecommerce, retail, or travel industry is highly advantageous.

Familiarity with sustainable business practices is a plus.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
