Join Plaza Cubes as we launch our first location in Amsterdam.

Plaza Cubes is one of the leading Turkish providers of serviced offices, coworking, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and flexible workspace solutions, with more than 20 years of industry experience and successful operations in both Turkey and Germany.

As part of our international expansion strategy, we are preparing to open our first location in Amsterdam.

We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven Sales Manager who will lead the commercial growth of our Amsterdam operation from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing Plaza Cubes in the Dutch market by building a strong customer portfolio, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth during one of the most exciting phases of our expansion.

ABOUT

THE ROLE
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building the commercial operation from the ground up and leading all sales and business development activities for our Amsterdam location.

You will identify market opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, build a strong sales pipeline, and work closely with senior management to achieve ambitious occupancy and revenue targets.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and delivering measurable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Plaza Cubes Amsterdam.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate clients across serviced offices, coworking, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and flexible workspace solutions.

Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.

Develop long‑term partnerships with commercial real estate brokers, workplace consultants, relocation agencies, corporate companies, business associations, and strategic partners.

Identify target customer segments and implement market penetration strategies.

Lead all pre‑opening commercial activities to maximize occupancy before launch.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract closing, and customer onboarding.

Maintain a high level of customer responsiveness and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Monitor CRM performance, pipeline health, and continuously improve conversion rates.

Prepare budgets, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and commercial performance analyses.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments within the Dutch flexible workspace industry.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Community, and Guest Experience teams.

Represent Plaza Cubes at networking events, business associations, and industry events.

Achieve occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in serviced offices, coworking, flexible workspace, commercial real estate, B2B corporate sales, or business development.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Experience in launching new locations, developing new markets, or expanding regional sales operations.

Strong track record in building customer portfolios and managing strategic client relationships.

Experience working with brokers, commercial real estate consultants, workplace advisors, and corporate clients.

Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.

Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch.

Strong understanding of consultative B2B sales and long sales cycles.

Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business from the ground up.

Analytical, proactive, commercially minded, and highly results‑oriented.

Ability to work independently while taking ownership of business growth.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Willingness to travel when required.
