Do you enjoy building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and helping customers solve real business challenges?

As one of the leading  partners in EMEA, we’re growing our team and looking for an Account Manager to help customers get more value from their  investment through new use cases, professional services, and AI-powered solutions.

This isn’t a traditional cold-calling sales role. You’ll work with an existing customer portfolio, helping organizations improve business processes, increase adoption, and navigate digital transformation. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, consultants, Marketing, and the  ecosystem to drive customer growth and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

Build trusted relationships with customers across your portfolio.

Identify, qualify, and prioritize growth opportunities.

Manage the commercial process from opportunity to close.

Organize Executive Business Reviews and strategic customer conversations.

Collaborate with Customer Success and consulting teams to drive adoption and business outcomes.

Help customers understand how AI-powered capabilities can improve the way they work.

Drive renewals, expansion opportunities, and long-term customer success.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has experience in Account Management.

Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.

Has a commercial mindset and enjoys identifying opportunities that create value for customers.

Fluent in English.
