Overview  We are seeking an experienced  Technical Sales & Business Development Manager  to develop and grow our business in The Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in  solar energy , particularly in  solar mounting systems , and a proven track record in  B2B sales . You will be responsible for selling our  mounting solutions  to  large solar installers  and  developing a distribution network  in the region.

Key Responsibilities    Market Development:  Identify and develop new business opportunities in The Netherlands, focusing on large installers and distributors of solar PV systems.
Sales & Account Management:  Drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, including large EPCs, solar installers, and distribution partners.
Technical Sales:  Provide technical advice and support to customers on our mounting solutions, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.
Partnership Development:  Establish and manage a distribution network to expand product reach in the Dutch market.
Market Intelligence:  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Customer Support:  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process, from technical inquiries to after-sales support.
Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in  technical sales/business development  within the  solar industry , ideally in mounting systems, inverters, or PV installations.
Industry Knowledge:  Strong understanding of the  solar PV market  in The Netherlands, including key players and regulatory environment.
Sales & Negotiation

Skills:

Proven ability to  develop and close deals , with experience in B2B sales and  managing key accounts .
Network:  Existing relationships with  solar installers, EPCs, and distributors  in The Netherlands is mandatory.
Technical Acumen:  Ability to  understand and explain technical concepts  related to mounting systems and solar installations.

Languages:

Fluent in  Dutch  and  English  (spoken and written).
Travel:  Willingness to travel within The Netherlands and occasionally to Belgium.
