Regional Sales Manager

Join a leading US manufacturer of HVAC flow control technology as our client expands into the Central Netherlands. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial professional eager to drive growth independently.

Responsibilities

Establish and promote our client's brand in the Central Netherlands.

Manage a two-tier distribution model, engaging contractors and consultants.

Build strong relationships with OEMs and distributors to maximize market penetration.

Ensure knowledge of products and solutions is widespread in the region.

Visit job sites to guarantee proper integration of solutions and products.

Report to senior management on performance metrics and market development.

Qualifications

Strong track record in launching and developing new markets.

Excellent sales acumen and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English.

Preferred

Mechanical Engineering or technical qualifications.

Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in sales.

Located in the Central Netherlands:
Amsterdam, Utrecht, Apeldoorn.
