The Role
The Alpega Group is looking for a Field Sales Representative for The Netherlands. This role will be part of the Sales team in Teleroute and will be based in The Netherlands. In this role, you will maintain and expand a portfolio of accounts in the logistics space (freight forwarders and carriers) and will acquire new logos for Teleroute across the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
Implement the sales strategy in your area.
Ensure that the sales objectives defined for your area are achieved.
Analyze your territory and its market and identify development opportunities.
Organize your sales activities independently (prospecting, demos, negotiations, visits, etc.).
Meet physically/virtually with strategic clients on a regular basis.
Maintain excellent relations with existing customers.
Be responsible for the proper management of our CRM.
Collaborate effectively with your team and other departments.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, of which 3 should be in a field sales-related role.
Ideally have experience selling SaaS and transportation solutions (not mandatory).
Dutch language proficiency at the C2 level.
English language proficiency at the C1 level.
Strong ability to create your own pipeline and to prospect.
Expert in commercial negotiation, and 100% result-oriented.
Autonomous, positive and energetic. Strong team spirit.
Analytical and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
Used to virtual sales and master digital tools (Teams, Salesforce).
