As Partner Executive at Frequency Digital, you own the full sales cycle with the support of the Partner Manager, from identifying and qualifying new opportunities, to running product demos, to negotiating and closing deals. You are the face of Frequency Digital to prospective clients, working directly with independent labels, artists, distributors and other music companies to help them gain control and insight over their digital metadata, rights and revenue streams.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation and close.
Collaborate with the Head of Sales to establish and achieve quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting across labels, artists, distributors and other music companies.
Run tailored product demos and presentations, translating platform features into concrete client value.
Strategically manage your sales funnel to optimise timing and approach, in line with internal sales and marketing service levels.
Identify new global target markets and creatively penetrate new verticals, regions and personas.
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Frequency Digital's platform, features and benefits, as well as the wider competitive landscape.
Lead potential clients to an understanding of the options and solutions applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features match their needs.
Work with existing accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive long‑term client value.
Accurately forecast and report on pipeline, activity and closed business to the director(s).
Maintain clean and up‑to‑date records in the CRM to support accurate reporting and handover to onboarding/customer success.
Provide structured feedback from the market to product, marketing and leadership, helping to shape the roadmap and go‑to‑market.
Attend industry networking events and conferences to build and maintain professional relationships and generate new business.
Maintain a proactive, result‑oriented mentality in identifying new potential opportunities across net‑new and existing leads and contacts.
DESIRABLE TRAITS & SKILLS
1‑2 years of sales experience, managing the full cycle from outbound prospecting to closing.
Fluent in English, acting as a confident and polished communicator for a global client base.
Proficiency in CRM management, pipeline tracking, and accurate revenue forecasting.
Target‑driven and analytical, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to run tailored product demos and translate tech features into clear client value.
Highly organized with a focus on resilience and delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
Forward‑thinking and adaptable, thriving in a flexible, high‑growth or start‑up environment.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
Music industry experience, specifically familiar with digital rights, metadata, and revenue streams.
Genuine interest in the intersection of music and technology and emerging industry developments.
Existing network of contacts within independent labels, distributors, or artist management.
Proficiency in additional languages relevant to global music markets.
Practical understanding of music publishing rights collection.
Experience with UGC music usage on platforms like You Tube, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
