The Role We are looking for a Fleet Sales Account Manager for our Netherlands team. The role will geographically cover the whole of The Netherlands, and when in the office your primary base will be our High Tech Sales, Delivery, and Service location in Zeist.
This Is What You Will Do New Client Acquisition:
Actively follow up leads, create daily appointments, visit (re) present the Zeekr brand and product portfolio to corporate clients.
Sales Targets:
Set and achieve sales targets specific to the fleet sector by growing and serving corporate accounts, contributing to the overall revenue goals of Zeekr.
Lead conversion:
Analyze the corporate clients’ needs and convert their interest into sales opportunities.
Test Drive management:
Organize test drive events to ensure the demonstrator fleet is fully utilised at corporate clients during the year.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and met.
Fleet Products and Services:
Develop a deep understanding of Zeekr’s fleet offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to corporate clients.
Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with fleet customers to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service to fleet clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments in Zeekr, such as sales, service, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and coordination for fleet clients.
Actively and timely log all sales activities in Zeekr’s CRM systems.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on fleet sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing valuable insights to Zeekr's management.
Compliance:
Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with relevant regulations and standards in the automotive and fleet sectors.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate Experience in automotive fleet sales within the Netherlands market.
A customer‑oriented mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer satisfaction principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long‑term relationships.
Results and solution oriented, and able to investigate and weigh different solutions and outcomes.
Collaborative, with the ability to work well in a team with colleagues from different departments.
Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
Possess the combination of mental agility, analytical thinking, hands‑on problem solving, and a customer‑service mindset.
