GV - Versace Amsterdam What You Will Do

The Sales Associate will join our team reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationships with customers and maximize sales opportunity while maintaining store standards in terms of image, product and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience.

• Build relationships with customers and maximize sales opportunity while maintaining store standards.
• Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets and continually increase brand and product knowledge.
• Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs and take action to maximize sales across all categories.
• Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program with clients and staff, building strong partnerships through effective communication.
• Ensure superlative customer service standards, act as brand ambassador, and deliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty.
• Drive results by delivering an elevated customer experience during and after sale; capture customer data via CRM to maintain long‑term relationships.
• Participate in the organization of in‑store & promotional events and manage boutique’s community outreach program.
• Manage stock and backroom operations, goods receiving, transferring, stock takes, arrangement, reporting, and comply with operational policies.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives and participate in VM set‑up.

• 2+ years of retail experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Proficiency in retail sales system, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results.
• Strong networking and engagement skills.
• Elevated customer service skills and passion for fashion sales.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing, high‑energy personality able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
