Overview

Salesforce is seeking Account Executives in the Netherlands to drive revenue growth and build enduring relationships with Dutch enterprises. This role focuses on Data Cloud and related Salesforce products, engaging strategic Dutch clients, and crafting tailored solutions that address their business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Market Engagement:
    Identify and engage potential Data Cloud clients within the Dutch enterprise and commercial B2B landscape.
  • Solution Crafting:
    Demonstrate knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Data Cloud, Tableau, and Agentforce) to craft tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Sourcing:
    Source and qualify Data Cloud opportunities that fit the ideal customer profile in the NL market.
  • Discovery & Value:
    Lead discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs and show how Data Cloud drives value.
  • Point of View:
    Create and present compelling Points of View (PoVs) highlighting the business value of Data Cloud.
  • One Salesforce:
    Collaborate across cross-functional teams to provide a seamless client experience throughout the sales process.
  • Stakeholder Alignment:
    Present use cases that resonate with both technical and business buyers by combining discovery with PoV.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Proven enterprise and commercial B2B sales experience within a highly technical sales context.
  • Data Ecosystem Expertise:
    Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • The Salesforce Advantage:
    Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Service Clouds to relate Data Cloud requirements to broader customer needs.
  • Business Acumen:
    Ability to conduct impactful discovery conversations to uncover client needs.
  • Sales Mastery:
    Track record of surpassing targets in a technical sales environment.
  • Language

    Skills:

    Strong Dutch and English communication and negotiation abilities.
