Join ORGX as a  Business Developer  and open doors at private equity firms and mid-sized companies. We combine consulting with our own software, and your job is to bring that proposition to the right companies at the right time. You build your own pipeline and start the conversations. You give sharp but practical guidance and understand the questions behind the questions, so you know exactly what organisations, and especially people, need from us.

Once an engagement is signed, our consultants take it from there.
The role is self-directed. You decide where your time is directed best and what approach to take to conquer the market. That makes it a fit for someone entrepreneurial, motivated by rewards tied to what they close rather than a fixed salary for activity.
What you will do   Build and own a pipeline of PE firms and mid-sized companies for ORGX, Orbicul and BPTeam
Open first conversations with partners, CFOs and portfolio directors
Translate our proposition to each audience: value creation for PE, execution capacity for growing companies
Shape proposals together with our consultants and guide opportunities to signed engagements
Represent ORGX in the networks and at the events where our clients are
Bring market signals back in to sharpen our proposition
What you already have   Experience opening doors and closing engagements in consulting, software or professional services
A network in or around private equity and SMEs, or the ability to build one quickly
Enough knowledge of strategy, transformation and software to hold a first conversation with a partner or CFO on your own
An independent way of working and good judgment about where your time converts
Comfort with a reward model based on results
How we reward  We work bold and all-in, and the reward model reflects that. A modest fixed fee, combined with a success fee on realized engagements. If you commit to results the way we do, the success fee is where this role pays.
