Key Account Manager

Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. Out of Home Key Account Manager
We’re looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial  Out of Home Key Account Manager  to help grow innocent across the Dutch market.

You’ll be doing

Managing and growing a portfolio of key Out of Home customers, building strong partnerships to increase distribution, visibility and sales of innocent products.

Owning customer business plans, promotional activity, range reviews and commercial negotiations to deliver sustainable growth.

Identifying and winning new business opportunities, converting prospects into long‑term customers and expanding innocent's presence across the Dutch market.

Taking responsibility for revenue delivery, forecasting performance, analysing sales data and identifying both risks and growth opportunities.

Collaborating cross‑functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Category Development to deliver excellent commercial results.

Staying close to the market through regular customer and outlet visits, gathering insights and ensuring strong execution of plans in the field.

You’ll have

Commercial experience gained through an internship, working student role or early‑career position, ideally within FMCG, Food service or Retail;

An entrepreneurial mindset and a natural ability to spot opportunities where others see challenges;

Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders;

A proactive, self‑starting approach with a strong sense of ownership;

Resilience, determination and a results‑oriented mindset;

Excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams;

Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with Excel and commercial performance data;

Fluent Dutch and English language skills;

Based in the Netherlands and willing to travel regularly to Amsterdam and across the country.
