Implement the business development plan for the region, leading to growth of assets under management and net new revenues while working closely with the Head of Benelux and Nordics to execute on product and market opportunities.
Represent client perspectives internally to enhance product development, and externally position Aviva Investors as a thought leader through industry engagement, marketing, and events.

Ensure highly collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and sales colleagues, locally and globally.
Required Skills & Experience   Deep understanding of institutional investor needs across pensions, insurance companies, and other institutional client segments, with expertise spanning investment operational and regulatory considerations.
Proven sales experience across both private and public markets.
Strong knowledge of sustainable and impact investing, with the ability to align investment solutions to evolving client objectives.
Entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset, with a track record of building commercial relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering revenue outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to create bespoke solutions, navigate complex transactions, and collaborate effectively across internal and external partners.
Preferred: CFA or equivalent qualification.
