Territory Manager Sports Medicine

Overview  As a Territory Manager within our Sports Medicine business, you will be responsible for a strategically important territory across North‑East Netherlands, building strong partnerships with surgeons, operating theatre teams, procurement stakeholders and hospital decision makers.
Responsibilities  You will spend your work week primarily in hospitals and operating theatres.
Partner with surgeons and operating room teams to support procedures and evaluate products.
Demonstrate the value of our Sports Medicine portfolio in real clinical settings.
Analyze market opportunities, identify growth potential and develop strategic account plans.
Manage opportunities, tenders and business forecasts to ensure a strong and predictable sales pipeline.
Qualifications   Minimum 3 years of successful field sales experience in healthcare or medical device environment.
Mandatory operating theatre experience and confidence to support surgical cases and product evaluations.
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills across clinical and non‑clinical audiences.
Fluent in Dutch and English; ability to travel extensively across the territory and hold a valid driving licence.
Commercial mindset and self‑directed work style within a dynamic territory.
Compensation  The base salary range for this position is €65,250 – €98,000 annually, subject to a fair, objective, internal equity based assessment. Additional compensation and benefits will be offered in line with company policy.
