IC Resources is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director for a leading semiconductor test business, based in the Netherlands or UK, with significant time in the North NL office. You will drive growth across Europe, leading sales, marketing and business development while remaining hands-on with strategic customers.
You will define the commercial roadmap, build pricing and go-to-market strategies, grow key accounts and lead a high-performing commercial team.
