My client is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to drive growth across Europe, leading sales, marketing and business development whilst remaining hands-on with strategic customers.
You'll define the commercial roadmap, build pricing and go-to-market strategies, grow key semiconductor accounts and lead a high-performing commercial team. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence product strategy and help shape the future direction of the business.
We're Looking For Someone With
Relevant technical degree, or equivalent.
Proven experience in semiconductor test, ATE or handling systems
A strong network within the semiconductor industry
Commercial leadership experience with a strategic, hands-on approach
A passion for building customer relationships and winning new business
