Field Sales Manager

Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately
** 12 Field Sales Representatives*
* Drive new business growth and increase Treatwell's presence across the Netherlands
Build a high-performance culture through field coaching, one-to-ones and regular feedback
Monitor KPIs, pipeline, forecasting and Salesforce performance
Develop territory strategies that maximise prospecting, walk-ins and venue acquisition
Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve sales processes and customer experience
Requirements   Proven
** experience leading successful B2B or Field Sales teams** - 2 years minimum years of people leadership experience
Strong
** coaching and people development skills
A genuine
** passion for new business sales and winning customers*
* Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
Experience managing KPIs, pipelines and CRM systems
