As a Territory Manager for Urology and Gynaecology, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics within your designated territory.

You will promote Olympus's innovative products and solutions, providing expert knowledge and support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

What responsibilities are involved in this role?

Promote Olympus's portfolio to healthcare professionals

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets

Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Monitoring sales results & establish correcting actions

Opportunity Management & pipeline control

Ensuring customer progressions utilize sales progression model

Comply with price and compliance policies

What skills are required for this role?

Previous experience in customer facing roles

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Clinical experience, which is considered an advantage

Curious and always want to keep learning

You are open, engaged and reliable

You see opportunities where others don't see them yet

Ability to work independently and also enjoy working as part of a team

Fluent in Dutch and English

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
