Decagon is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead and close high-value logos with autonomy. You will build trust with CX/Product/Operations leaders, collaborate with founders and deployment strategists, and shape tailored deployments to win deals.
You will drive pipeline, report revenue forecasts, and craft strategic account plans, while staying ahead of market trends and product roadmaps. This role requires travel and a strong track record in enterprise sales.
