Hospital Area Manager – Advanced Wound Management (North-East Netherlands)  About the Role  Smith+Neu leme is looking for a  Hospital Area Manager  to drive sales and business growth for its  Advanced Wound Management (AWM)  portfolio across the  North-East Netherlands .
This is a  field-based sales role  where you will build relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and procurement teams while helping improve patient outcomes through innovative wound care solutions.

Key Responsibilities   Achieve sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital customers.
Engage with key decision makers including:
Specialist Nurses
Surgeons
Procurement Managers
Hospital Management
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training sessions.
Develop territory and account plans to drive business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Maintain CRM records and complete sales administration activities.
Required Experience   Experience in  Medical Device Sales  or  Pharmaceutical Sales .
Experience selling within  hospital environments  is essential.
Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
