Regional Account Manager

A leading company in the medical equipment industry is seeking an Account Manager for Medication Management Solutions to join their team in the Northern Netherlands.

This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact on patient safety and productivity from hospital to home. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and fostering relationships within the region, covering areas in the North of the Netherlands.

KEY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Account Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Seek new business opportunities by identifying decision-makers and influencers in the market.

2. Build and maintain relationships of trust with both existing and new customers.

3. Apply a project-based approach in daily activities to achieve annual sales objectives and drive growth within the region.

4. Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies, incorporating customer centricity.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as Account Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in pharmacy, biomedicine, nursing, business management, or another relevant field.

2. Proven industry experience in a tender-driven environment, selling capital equipment to hospitals.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with solution selling and cross-functional selling.

4. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
