Partner Sales Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dutch Speaking)  OTE €70,000-€120,000+ depending on experience and performance
I'm recruiting on behalf of a highly respected software company operating within the Microsoft Business Central ecosystem. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Partner Sales Manager to drive channel growth and revenue across Western Europe.
This role is ideal for an experienced Microsoft D365 Business Central or ERP Channel / Partner Sales professional looking to develop strategic partnerships and expand market presence through a thriving partner network.

Key Responsibilities   Grow revenue through an established partner channel
Recruit and develop new strategic partners
Build trusted relationships with Microsoft partners and resellers
Own regional sales performance and revenue targets
Lead commercial negotiations and partner agreements
Develop pipeline, account plans, and forecasting activities
Act as a subject matter expert for Business Central-related solutions

The Ideal Candidate   3+ years' experience in a similar Channel / Partner Sales Manager position.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Experience working with partner ecosystems
Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent Dutch and English
Knowledge of Microsoft VAR, ISV, or SI channels highly advantageous
