Spiko is seeking a Sales Team Leader NL to guide a high-performing Account Executive team and drive the most strategic deals end-to-end. You will carry an ambitious personal quota and report to the GM - Benelux, acting as player-coach in a hands-on leadership role.
You will build a forecastable pipeline, recruit and mentor the sales team, and help shape a world-class go-to-market in the Netherlands, aiming to scale with strategic customers and strong collaboration with HQ.
