OTE €70,000–€110,000+ depending on experience and performance
A growing software vendor within the Microsoft ecosystem is looking for an ambitious  Business Development Manager  to help accelerate growth across its Dynamics 365 solutions portfolio.
This opportunity would suit a successful SDR, Business Development Executive, or Software Sales professional ready to take the next step into a closing role. The business has an established customer base and strong partner network, creating an excellent platform for growth.

The Role   Develop new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions
Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Work directly with customers and partner organisations
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and channel teams
Engage with mid-market and enterprise organisations across multiple sectors
Experience Required   2-3+ years in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Software Sales roles

Experience with in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP technologies preferred
Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills
Experience engaging with partners advantageous
Fluent English;
Dutch language skills beneficial
