Where You Make An Impact:
Lead, coach, and develop the Internal Sales & Customer Service team, fostering collaboration, performance, and continuous growth.
Set goals, manage resources, assign priorities, and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and business targets.
Analyze sales, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction data to generate insights, drive decisions, and support forecasting and planning.
Drive sales performance, overseeing offers, pricing, contracts, key accounts, and opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
Ensure customer service excellence by maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving issues, and improving service quality and satisfaction (cNPS).
Oversee end-to-end order management, ensuring process efficiency, accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement across sales, logistics, and operations.
Monitor business performance through CRM, ERP, and BI tools, providing reporting, governance, quality management, and cross-functional alignment with senior leadership.
What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:
Proven experience in internal sales, customer service, or commercial operations:
Minimum of 10 years in a commercial position, preferably with proven leadership experience.

Skills:

Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team toward achieving both individual and collective goals.
Business Analytics:
Experience working with BI tools and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau or similar). Ability to interpret commercial, operational and customer service metrics and transform them into performance improvement initiatives.
Sales Expertise:
Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and customer-centric strategies.
Excellent Communication

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with team members, clients, and cross-functional departments.
Organizational and Planning Abilities:
Capable of setting priorities, managing time effectively, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with CRM / ERP systems, and Microsoft Office, other sales-related tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Incl. BI reporting and the analysis of the data
Proficiency in English:
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, for effective internal and external communication.
Native Dutch language skills:
Native-level proficiency in Dutch is mandatory for this role.
