As Key Account Manager National Accounts, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our business, expanding the visibility of our brands and shaping the future of the Away From Home channel. You'll own a portfolio of strategic National Accounts, translating commercial strategy into channel and customer growth plans. You'll lead complex negotiations, identify new growth opportunities and build long-term partnerships that create value for both Kraft Heinz and our customers.

You'll own a portfolio of strategic National Accounts, translating commercial strategy into channel and customer growth plans. You'll lead complex negotiations, identify new growth opportunities and build long-term partnerships that create value for both Kraft Heinz and our customers.
Working as part of the Benelux Away From Home team, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Finance and Supply Chain. We're looking for someone who combines commercial excellence with strategic thinking, takes ownership and enjoys turning opportunities into results.
What You'll Do   Develop and execute channel and customer growth plans aligned with the Away From Home strategy.
Own a portfolio of strategic National Accounts and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization.
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts and joint business plans.
Identify new growth opportunities through category insights, innovation and market trends.
Drive distribution, visibility and execution of Kraft Heinz brands.
Own customer forecasting, profitability and business performance.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial execution.
Who You Are   Bachelor's or Master's degree.
3+ years of commercial experience, preferably within FMCG or Food service.
Experience managing National or Strategic Accounts.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
The ability to translate insights into commercial opportunities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
