Sales Account Manager

Are you a driven, relationship-focused sales professional with experience in the dental implants?
Established Search is working with a growing international dental implant manufacturer to hire a high performing Sales Account Manager to drive growth across the North of the Netherlands
This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on building strong clinical relationships, driving new business, and supporting the adoption of implant solutions.

The Role   Manage and grow a defined territory across North Netherlands, developing long-term relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, and implantologists
Drive new business acquisition through targeted prospecting, account mapping, and regular practice visits
Deliver product presentations, lunch & learns, and hands‑on implant demonstrations in clinics and at events
Support clinicians with implant system selection, workflow understanding, and case development
Attend and represent the business at study clubs, implant courses, and industry events
Manage pricing discussions and commercial agreements within defined guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting via CRM
What We’re Looking For   3+ years’ field sales experience within dental sales
Strong preference for experience in dental implants, biomaterials, or surgical sales
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Confident building relationships with dentists, GPs, and specialists
Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver chairside demos and clinical education sessions
Highly self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a large, autonomous territory
Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel daily
