Sales Manager | Mandarin and Dutch

As  Sales Manager , you will be responsible for developing the Dutch market for residential energy storage solutions. You will identify and acquire new distributors, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and manage the full sales process from first contact through to contract signing and repeat orders.

Your responsibilities  Identify and develop new distributors and strategic customers in the Netherlands.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and network within the energy storage market.
Visit customers, conduct product presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract and first order.
Maintain long-term relationships with distributors and develop repeat business.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and day-to-day channel operations.
Identify market opportunities and contribute to the growth of the business in the Netherlands.

Requirements  3–5+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably within energy storage, solar, batteries, or related technology.
Good knowledge of residential energy storage products and technology.
A proven track record in acquiring new customers and building commercial relationships.
An existing network within the Dutch energy or energy storage market is a strong advantage.
Fluent in Dutch, English, and Mandarin.
Permanent residency in the Netherlands.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and commercially driven mindset.
Travel to customers within the Netherlands.
