Join INL Cargo as Chief Commercial Officer and drive our ambitious European expansion. We are a leading logistics service provider with operations in the Netherlands, Spain, and Macedonia, ready to triple our revenue over the next five years. Your role in our team  You will lead our commercial strategy and revenue growth across Europe. Your main focus will be translating market opportunities into sustainable revenue and healthy margins while building long-term customer partnerships. You will manage an integrated team across marketing, sales, account management, and carrier management. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong market presence, leading strategic customer relationships, and driving complex tenders.

A priority is commercializing new propositions like 4PL Control Tower solutions and White Glove delivery services. As an executive team member, you will work directly with our CEO, CFO, and COO.

What makes us special  INL Cargo specializes in freight forwarding and European road transport of high-value, time-critical goods. We focus on Southern Europe and are known for flexibility and fast, tailored solutions. With around 30 colleagues today, we expect to grow to 70-100 employees within five years. We maintain short communication lines and swift decision-making while scaling. We also have a clear social purpose, allocating at least 10% of annual profits to NGOs supporting people in need globally.
Who you are   Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
Senior commercial leadership experience in freight forwarding, road transport, or logistics
Proven track record in sales, marketing, business development, and key account management
Experience building and leading high-performing commercial teams
Relevant network among shippers, airlines, and logistics service providers
Expertise in pricing, tenders, contract negotiations, and margin management
Full professional proficiency in English;
Dutch and Spanish are a strong plus
Growth mindset with ability to take commercial teams to the next level
Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands and internationally
