Barter makes creator marketing as easy as ordering food. The platform connects companies directly with more than 12,000 content creators, enabling brands to place deals, creators to apply, products to be shipped, and content to be created without agencies, budgets, or intermediaries.

• Follow up with inbound leads and answer their questions through demos and phone calls
• Guide new partners through onboarding so they become active and confident platform users
• Check deals and accounts to ensure everything is set up correctly
• Follow up with leads who get stuck during registration and help them move forward
• Prioritize the pipeline based on impact and activity
• Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and up to date
• Generate new leads through cold calling and outbound activities
• Give demos to prospects and follow up until they register
• Help new partners get started on the platform

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer contact, or a commercial role
• Have strong communication skills and a pleasant, supportive approach
• Feel comfortable giving online demos and explaining the platform clearly
• Take initiative, follow up quickly, and enjoy working at a fast pace
• Have a growth mindset, learn from feedback, try new things, and improve every week
• Nice to have:

• Flexible working hours and significant autonomy
• Fixed salary with performance-based commission
• Salary between EUR 2.900 and EUR 3.200 per month
