Channel Sales ​/ Business Development Manager

We’re Hiring | Channel Sales / Business Development Manager – Netherlands & Benelux
We are looking for an energetic, commercially driven and entrepreneurial  Channel Sales / Business Development Manager  to lead our business development across the  Netherlands  and support expansion into  Belgium & Luxembourg .

This is an exciting opportunity for a B2B sales professional who understands  distribution-led business, building materials and channel development  and is ready to help build a growing European business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand our distributor/dealer network across the Netherlands & Benelux

Identify, appoint and onboard new channel partners

Grow sales through existing distributors and improve market penetration

Build long-term relationships with distributors, fabricators and construction professionals

Promote  Exterior Compact Laminates  for applications such as dormers (Dakkapel), wall cladding, fascia, soffits, balconies and architectural panels

Conduct distributor visits, product presentations, customer meetings and sales training

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer requirements

Manage quotations, negotiations, sales forecasts and CRM reporting

Represent Century Panels BV at exhibitions and industry events

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of B2B sales/business development experience

Experience in  building materials, panel products, timber, construction products, cladding, HPL, laminates or related industries

Proven experience managing  distributors/dealer networks

Existing relationships within the Dutch building materials industry will be an advantage

Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills

Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Strong planning, analytical and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction or a related field

Languages
Mandatory:  Dutch & English

Preferred:  Polish and/or German

Location & Travel

Location:

Netherlands

Extensive travel across the Netherlands, with periodic European travel and occasional international travel.
