Position: Team Manager Sales and Service Benelux (m/f/d)
Overview  Team Manager Sales and Service Benelux (m/f/d). Reports to the Vice President Sales. Based in the greater Amsterdam / Utrecht area, you lead and develop the local branch team, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent service delivery to customers. You act as a key liaison between the Dutch market and the central organization in Hamburg, focusing on implementing strategic goals, optimizing internal processes, and building strong client relationships to support sustainable business growth in the region.
Responsibilities   Provide monthly financial performance updates and accountability for a small team based in the Netherlands with operational responsibility for most customers.
Expand the customer base, especially hospitals, clinics and private practices.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and sales partners.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
Responsible for product demonstrations and advertising, and for organizing and participating in trade fairs and events.
Develop sales strategies and provide appropriate reporting on sales results and market developments.
Manage employees (Service, Administration & Sales).
Qualifications and required skills   Proven track record in sales with a strong sales-driven personality.
Experience in selling medical devices; ideally also familiar with selling (medical) software and services.
Background in direct sales within the healthcare sector and distributor management.
High level of intrinsic motivation and self-drive.
Willingness to travel across the Benelux region, with occasional trips to Germany.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required;
French is an advantage.
A true hands-on mentality; this role goes beyond leadership and strategy; active involvement in sales is essential.
Experience in managing small teams.
Based in the greater Amsterdam / Utrecht area.
