Position: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, NEDERLAND / REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Overview  GENLED Brands is a global LED manufacturer with factories on three continents, selling architectural and signage lighting solutions in 66 countries. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Netherlands, based at our European headquarters in Weesp, Amsterdam, Netherlands. GENLED Brands comprises Agi Light (est. 2003) and Acolyte (opened 2009).

Responsibilities   Buid strong relationships with customers, distribution networks, specifiers, and influencers.
Develop an annual business plan for new and existing accounts.
Maintain detailed customer records via CRM software.
Understand lighting applications to identify where our products provide the greatest value.
Track and communicate market trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities.
Provide periodic sales forecasts for assigned territories.
Requirements   Strong drive to achieve business objectives.
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or similar.
Competency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in English and German;
French or additional languages are a plus.
Track record in signage or architectural lighting is a plus.
Education in electrical engineering or electronics is a plus.
Position subject to background checks.
