Bluebird seeks a Senior/Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts in the Benelux region, targeting staffing and HR tech buyers. Deals typically start at €75K and average around €150K, with land-and-expand potential up to €350K+ within a single account.
You’ll build a business case, challenge how clients hire at scale, and work with a curated Tier 1 list of target accounts, supported by BDRs and marketing. This is a high-impact, fast-growing team role.
