Jouw opdracht As Manager Sales & Service, you will lead the growth and further professionalisation of Thetford's business in the DACH region. You will take a hands-on role in managing sales, customer service, and back-office operations while providing structure, coaching, and day-to-day support to the team in Haan. In your first year, you will optimize the organization, team structure, business processes, and collaboration with the head office.

You will strengthen key account relationships and identify new growth opportunities within the existing customer base. You will also lead the successful launch of new products in close cooperation with Product Management and further develop a customer-focused, high-performing team. After 1 year , You will improve sales forecasting and introduce a more data-driven approach to performance management. Besides that you will maintain a strong customer-centric mindset to contribute to a carefree environment for your partners & customers.
