Own the commercial relationship - spot expansion, drive upsell, turn customers into advocates

Lead implementation end to end - configure the platform, run training, embed it into daily workflows

Be the trusted face customers rely on - the person who makes the product genuinely stick

Thrive in early-stage momentum, where new work pops up like mushrooms and you love that it does
