THE ROLE
For the further expansion of the MDA&SDA home Appliance in Benelux, Midea is looking for an energetic and experienced sales manager for retail channel. The role is to develop and manage the business with key retailers in Benelux to build strong relationships and maximize sales opportunities with sustainable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute sales strategies that exceed revenue and margin targets for Midea and Teka across the Benelux.
Elevate brand visibility in the Benelux market by planning and executing online, in-store, and off-page initiatives that drive performance.
Ensure accurate demand planning aligned with brand and corporate objectives.
Negotiate win-win agreements for Midea and customers.
Translate market and sell-out data into actionable business opportunities.
Organize and lead participation in trade shows and retail events.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales and key account management in the home appliance industry;
Performance-driven with a winning mindset; proven track record in building and leveraging robust sales and distribution networks;
Drive business growth by executing strategies to open new channels and acquire customers;
Achieve budget and sales targets through effective negotiation, securing the best outcomes for Midea and its customers;
Collaborate closely with the PM team to meet project requirements and capitalize on opportunities;
Interpret technical designs and translate them into practical product solutions;
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred;
Fluency in English and Dutch;
Highly collaborative, self-aware, and resilient;
Strong understanding of channel structures and the home appliance market;
Ability to build, analyze, and present sales reports to internal and external stakeholders.
