Royal SMIT Transformers is seeking a Director Sales & Marketing to lead the complete commercial management of the organization from Nijmegen. You will define the commercial strategy, own the P&L, and report to the CEO while coordinating with the Group VP Sales & Marketing.
The role focuses on international growth and synergy within the SGB-SMIT Group. You will lead Sales, Marketing, and Quotation Engineering, develop global key accounts, and build an international commercial organization.
