Senior Professional Sales Specialist (資深)醫藥業務專員  Organon Pharmaceuticals in 台中市, TXG, TW. This Visa sponsorship job abroad position offers great opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities   You will be responsible for the sales of pharmaceuticals in the field of Cardiology, and you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales for the products in the selected portfolio.
This position will focus on business development in central Taiwan.
You will engage with target customers (specialists) to create sustainable value to patients and healthcare through accessible and innovative solutions.
Driving both direct interaction based and digital marketing campaigns for effective partnerships working across different hospital level, with key components of Agile way of working and scientific and data‑driven mindset to improve business results.
Ideation governance and tactical implementation of compliant campaigns with a keen focus on enabling synergies between markets, optimizing capabilities and good understanding of markets’ landscape, competitors and new digital trends and evolution.
Accountable for achieving or exceeding sales achievements regarding the assigned portfolio of products.
Build and maintain strong partnerships and trust for short term and long-term value, drive customer satisfaction and engagement to Organon through fully understanding of each customer’s values and needs.
Navigate interactions with targeted customers that are meaningful, up‑to‑date, scientifically valuable, and relevant to each individual customer (customized/ tailored) based upon an understanding of their needs.
Understand customers’ needs related to patient management.
Ensure appropriate and professional management in close collaboration with medical affairs and marketing teams to provide relevant information to customers and build long‑term relationships.
Maintain the stature of an Organon professional through one’s behavior in accordance with established company practices, policies, and standards.
Required Education, Experience and Skills   Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. Pharmacist is plus.
At least 8 years of successful work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, experience in medical center is plus.
Experience in communicating complex medical and pharmacological information on products and therapeutic concepts.
Entrepreneurial thinking and execution.
Strong full cycle experience on hybrid, virtual, and face‑to‑face event management.
Team player with excellent collaboration skill and learning agility.
Strong capability to work independently and proactive to take professional/product training.
Excellent communication, influencing, and networking building skill with profession.
Excellent problem‑solving skill to driving results and achievement with strong self‑motivation and resilience.
Comply with local regulations, industry, and company policies and code of conduct.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is an advantage Secondary.
