Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within the quarterly schedule
Present, promote, and sell UiPath solutions using a value-selling approach
Educate customers on the financial and professional benefits of UiPath solutions
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory
Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate opportunities and support successful customer implementations
Partner with the CSM group to ensure customers receive maximum value and customer issues are expedited
Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customers' specific needs
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Comply with UiPath policies communicated to employees and available on Inside UiPath.
Требования   Experience selling business solutions directly to top executives at large companies in the Netherlands
Proven year-over-year quota attainment
Experience growing an enterprise client portfolio through new business acquisition and account expansion
Ability to explain new and complex concepts clearly and create strong demand for a solution
