St. Mary s Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Pulmonologist/Critical Care Physician to join our growing, hospital-based practice in Amsterdam, NY. We proudly opened our state-of-the-art Pulmonology, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine Center in 2024, enhancing our ability to provide comprehensive respiratory and sleep disorder care to our community. Position Highlights:

• State-of-the-Art Facilities Our brand-new center features an 8-bed ICU, sleep labs, and advanced diagnostic technology.
• Minimal call schedule 1:4 call rotation with nocturnist coverage in the ICU overnight.
• Open ICU model Covered by skilled hospitalists during the day for added support.
• Advanced pulmonary procedures Access to endobronchial ultrasound, bronchoscopy, and other state-of-the-art technologies.
• Large referral base Ability to grow outpatient practice on day one!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range - $425K - $450K (commensurate with experience).
• Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and semiannual bonuses for patient satisfaction & productivity.
