Korn Ferry's organizational consulting services target the most critical challenges facing global businesses today: attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining talent, as well as creating the right structures to support that talent. Our deep expertise spans the talent function end-to-end: organizational strategy, assessment and succession, talent acquisition, leadership development, and rewards and benefits.
The Role
We are seeking a Principal Consultant who operates across both Assessment & Succession and Leadership & Professional Development. As a delivery-focused principal, you will manage and deliver complex, multi-workstream engagements at the highest levels of quality, while acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders. You will design and deliver high-impact leadership development programs (including coaching and cohort facilitation) and shape rigorous assessment and succession solutions, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert with colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high-quality Assessment & Succession solutions, including role profiling, assessment architecture, selection and development assessment batteries, succession planning frameworks, and outcome reporting.
* Lead and manage client relationships and complex projects spanning multiple service lines and geographies; define scope, outcomes, delivery model, resourcing, and governance.
* Conduct research, analysis, and interpretation of client/sector issues to identify opportunities; contribute to proposals, pricing, shaping opportunities, and pitch preparation.
* Provide high-impact feedback and development planning based on assessment insights; partner with internal industry and practice experts across Korn Ferry.
* Design and facilitate leadership development programs and experiences (large- and small-group facilitation, virtual instructor-led sessions, assessment debriefs, and individual/executive coaching).
* Develop program materials (learning architecture, instructional design, workbooks, slides, facilitator guides) and seamlessly partner with co-facilitators and client stakeholders.
* Plan and execute delivery in virtual and in-person formats; programs may include residential 1-4 day events depending on client needs.
