Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility
Shift: Every other weekend required. Must be able to work at least 4 shifts of 8 hours.
Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed
Hours:
40 hours per week
Minimum 2 years of experience BLS certification Current NYS license required
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assess patient conditions and implement nursing interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide optimum patient care. Document patient care accurately and promptly in electronic medical records. Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
