Per-Diem Shift: Rotating Hours Per Week:
As scheduled Hiring Range: $18.74-$25.07 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:
Assists with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN). Assists patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport. Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Assists with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly. Assures resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.

Education:

High School Diploma/GED required, or minimum of three (3) years' experience required Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Nurse Aide credentialed from the New York Department of Health - Nurse Aide Registry obtained within ninety (90) days of hire.

Must be able to demonstrate effective and appropriate written and oral communication skills. Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English
