Requirements:
- New York State (NYS) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification
- Minimum of 5 years of psychiatric nursing experience
- 2+ years of travel nursing experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric patient care in accordance with best practices.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies.
